New reformed gender model

Last Thursday, I watched a presentation be given about a new gender model.  I have to say, I was amazed at how a group of people from Junaita came up with it.  The new model is usable for anyone which makes is nice.  Think of being a girl and one day you feel like you aren't complimenting your attribution (what genitals you were born with) and other people say you as a looked like a bum, but in your heart you felt like a woman. Well even though you make have presented yourself as a bum and people saw you as a bum (looking like a boy) you really don't identify yourself as a boy; you just choose to dress a different way.  This model allows for you to feel, act, and identify with whatever you want, whenever you want which is really nice for the women who enjoy wearing sweatpants 24/7.
Over all, I really enjoyed this presentation.  Our class was given the opportunity to talk with a guest speaker who is going through the transgender phase. It was amazing to hear her story and the beginning pain she had to go through with her family.  But now her family is 200% supportive of her and Junaita the students here at Juniata have become supportive too.  It's nice to see an accepting community.
